On our way to Uyuni, with a take-off at the highest airport elevation

Here we are. We have landed, now we need to clear custom, immigration for Bolivia and then refuel to fly to Uyuni. But since no fuel is available in Uyuni we need to tanker up to fly to the next fuel stops with the require reserve.

Weight, distance, reserve, safety, altitude, temperature etc...... I have been looking into this since the creation of the journey. Now we will see if the computation is correct....

With the Cessna handbook we are looking kind of good. Amazing as a pilot point of view the impact of higher temperature

The Bolivian take for serious the inspection for drugs, with well trained dogs and in the Cabin.

Oh and I forgot to mention that the 3 airplanes did use the Start Pac in Juliaca and all were very happy to have such a back-up.

Here is the brief

An interesting VOR approcah

I am starting to like these long runways
